ICE is designed as a focused referral-oriented network. Core membership is generally limited to one professional per approved business category, helping members build trust instead of competing for the same seat.

Membership is intended for established professionals and business owners who can contribute expertise, relationships and consistent participation.
- Generally one Core Member per approved professional category
- Approximately 250+ meaningful contacts or equivalent demonstrated network reach
- Minimum attendance of 8 of 12 annual meetings
- At least one substantive professional presentation encouraged each year
- At least two qualified guest introductions encouraged each year
- Founding membership: C$100/year through October 31, 2027, prorated for later joiners
